Iconography & imagery

Icons are quiet, geometric, and consistent. There is no photography or illustration system — when imagery is needed, it is vector, cool, and brand-mark forward.

Icons

A single line-icon set, 1.5px stroke, sentence-case labels, used only where a glyph genuinely aids scanning. Icons inherit ink or muted colour — never the accent, except to mark a truly interactive control.

Imagery

UseAvoid
Geometric / vector / data-derived diagramsStock photography, people-shots
Cool, neutral, flat surfacesWarm filters, grain, hand-drawn
The symbol or wordmark at scale, as the visual3D “AI brain” art, glowing nodes, circuit traces
Do

Lean on geometry and the brand marks themselves. When in doubt, a clean diagram beats a decorative image.

Don't

Use neural-network overlays, glowing-node clichés, sparkle/AI-mode iconography, or warm stock imagery. These are exactly the visuals Autara avoids.

No bee imagery appears in customer-facing surfaces until the secondary-mark exploration is ratified.
